Allen & York are proud to be working with a leading sustainability communications agency as they look to recruit a Senior Consultant to join their Account Direction Team.

With their offices based in London (but currently working remotely due to the pandemic), you will be joining an ambitious, motivated and very successful Team of Account Directors who are engaging with numerous global clients (a range of large and small companies) on their sustainability strategies, materiality assessments and reporting. Your experience in overseeing the activity of the AD's, providing support to them on various issues, allocating resources and managing the budgets and revenue will be required. In addition, you'll have sound client facing skills and will be a natural leader, inspiring your Team, supporting them, identifying training opportunities and conducting performance management meetings. You'll also contribute to the strategic direction of the business and you'll be instrumental in growing accounts.

You will hold a degree and postgraduate qualification, ideally in a sustainability related sector, together with proven experience of revenue forecasting and managing and developing Teams of consultants.
