Commercial Manager
RSK Enviroflow
£75k-£80k, Leeds (Hybrid UK)

Allen & York are proud to be exclusively working with RSK, one of the fastest growing multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancies in the UK.
As Commercial Manager you will be overseeing and managing the commercial and financial aspects of several projects throughout their life cycle from tender to post construction phase. You should be capable of maintaining a long-term view in delivering bids and negotiating contracts in terms of business opportunities that will enable the organisation to develop and grow.
Ideally, you will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience within a Quantity Surveying role and hold membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB or ICE.
You will be leading the strategic expansion, preservation or improvement of commercial procedures and standards as Head of the Commercial team tasked with resolving contractual and commercial problems, reporting straight to the directors and working with experienced senior leadership.
You will be in charge of KPI's and offer financial direction to the project team and Senior Staff.
Within the role of Commercial manager, you will be responsible for supply chain management and commercial document control and record keeping.
You will have a strong working knowledge of construction and contract law as well as various forms of condition of contract.
This role comes with a package of up to £80k depending on your experience, it also comes with a car allowance and performance related bonus scheme.
Following strong performance over many years and with ambitious growth plans your skills and experience will be put to good use and expanded upon.
