Corporate / Commercial Legal Counsel/ Legal Manager

This is an Ideal opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong standing in corporate and/or commercial work to work for largest independently owned multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy in the UK. You will be someone who has the expertise to deal with a massively varied workload and understands the importance of commerciality in the advice you are providing.

Our Client is seeking to hire three lawyers, each successful candidate will have their role tailored to them based on their expertise and experience.

Ideally you will hold a Graduate Diploma in Law / Master of Arts in Law, with at least 3 years PQE, you will be joining a small and busy inhouse legal team in based in Helsby, Cheshire.

As the successful candidate you will draw on your background in corporate/commercial law within a fast paced environment to provide key day to day support to the business, reporting directly to the Legal & Compliance Counsel, advise on and assist with compliance work for our clients group companies, this includes companies that trade internationally. Day to day you will be responsible for assisting with corporate acquisitions, while providing advice on and assisting with commercial contracts, including international projects, and property matters.

Candidates looking for full or part-time (24-30 hours per week) will be considered for this role.
