Allen & York are excited to be working with one of the largest environmental consulting firms in Africa. Focussed on delivering sustainable environmental and social solutions across the UK and Africa, this is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded, passionate and innovative employer.

Our client is looking for a vibrant, innovative individual to effectively manage and develop client relationships within Botswana in line with financial targets, whilst identifying and implementing new opportunities and products within the country.

You'll need to hold a Post graduate degree in Natural Science, Social Science or environmental fields and be registered with a professional body such as BEAPA. With extensive experience in a related scientific field, management, environmental consulting role and exposure to the mining and mineral resources industry, you'll have a proven track record in environmental, project and financial management. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you'll have the ability to influence and negotiate. A Management Development Programme qualification or similar would be beneficial in this role.
