Customer Success Managers - EMEA
€50k (£43k) - Copenhagen / Denmark / United Kingdom (possibility of remote working)
We're working with an exciting - and growing - global environmental management technology company looking to expand at pace. They're currently looking for two Customer Success Managers to cover the EMEA region, reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Customer Success.
Having experience and a proven track record of success in both understanding and delivering environmental solutions in the mining or industrial sectors is a non-negotiable. You'll be used to working with complex software solutions and delighting clients through building excellent relationships, dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently, and overall being the specialist point of contact for all their solutions needs. You'll be an expert in supporting the implementation of the software, work with the sales team to ensure clients are engaged and communicated with in a timely fashion, and generally keep clients happy (and retained) through your excellent customer service.
With excellent communication skills for when you're talking to clients, a technical mindset (knowledge of Air Quality and Dust Management in Mining or Heavy Industry is a must), superb time management and prioritisation skills, you'll be ready for your next challenge. Our client is ideally looking to build culture within their team in Copenhagen, so days in the office would be of benefit to the wider business, but the role could be flexible for the right candidate.
