Key Account Manager

Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading waste recycling and industrial cleaning company based in the West Midlands.
Our client is looking for a customer-centric Key Account Manager to play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the business. The successful candidate will focus on managing, retaining and growing allocated key clients, whilst supporting local regions with client interactions and site visits.
You'll need to demonstrate your comprehensive experience in account management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding account growth targets of over £1m per annum, together with associated KPIs. You'll be proficient in CRM utilisation and be adaptable and effective in a fast-paced work environment. A great team player, with a proactive and positive attitude, you'll be innovative and forward-thinking with excellent all-round communication skills.
