Opportunity
We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals at all levels - both perm and associate - to join our growing Environment, Energy & Sustainability teams as a Recruitment Consultant. All helping resource our clients’ global recruitment needs on the drive to net zero.
You’ll already have expert recruitment skills (potentially from working in the corporate sector) and, if you have knowledge in the areas of Environment, Energy or Sustainability that’s perfect but we can help upskill you in these areas too. A good listener and excellent networker, you’ll be able to understand our clients’ hiring needs, as well as be able to onboard new business and negotiate terms. An expert relationship builder, you will develop positive connections with clients and candidates alike.
Proactive and driven, you’ll manage the whole recruitment process using a combination of headhunting, networking, search, and work effectively with our in-house research team. You’ll screen, shortlist and interview candidates - nurturing them through the process - all with the aim of matching purposeful people with purpose-led organisations.
Requirements
Recruitment experience, a passion for sustainable business and willingness to discover more about green recruitment challenges are a pre-requisite. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about people and the planet; you’ll be ambitious, commercial and entrepreneurial but also motivated by the fact your actions are helping mitigate climate change.
Target-driven, you’ll be used to working in a competitive yet collaborative environment, will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task and be able to prioritise your own work independently. A confident, self-motivated, team player, you’re able to work within a team or independently – especially important when working remotely.
If you have an Environmental or Engineering degree (or equivalent) or experience in Finance or the Corporate world, this would be desirable though is not essential.
