Senior Principal Designer & CDM Advisor

Job description

Looking for your next step on the CDM Consultancy ladder? Want to work with an award-winning organisation? If you have the talent and drive, this company can provide you with interesting project work and platform to achieve individual growth and career goals.

Within this role as the Senior Principal / CDM Consultant you will work on a range of projects within the private and public sector, many of which are high profile refurbishments and new build schemes.
It is essential to have previous experience within the construction/property sector and a solid understanding of CDM 2015, as well as Nebosh Construction or Nebosh General certification (or NVQ equivalent).

You will work closely with clients and manage multiple projects from start to finish, which will involve site visits, attending design and progress meetings and delivering reports. Needless to say, there will be deadlines and targets and each project will have its own challenges!
