Opportunity to join a specialist construction organisation who work closely predominantly with architects and building surveyors on high-quality projects. Much of their work is focussed on architectural buildings including museums, public buildings and listed buildings.
This role is available following a retirement and will manage safety across the organisation and on projects to deliver training, tool box talks and working with external advisers and directors to ensure the organisation is compliant and proactive in its approach and the standards it is committed to.
The role will require candidates to have experience working in construction, be familiar with and have experience of Producing Construction Phase Plans and initial RAMS as well as assisting in task specific RAMS production and checking subcontractor RAMS.
Candidates should be Technical Member of IOSH with ideally additional experience and qualifications an advantage such as lead or internal auditing in ISO 9000, IEMA or Scaffold inspection.
