The role of the Recruitment Consultant at Allen & York is to identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client and candidate relationships and become a specialist recruiter across sustainability, environment, energy, renewables and or health & safety in a competitive industry and to provide solutions and deliver results and get rewarded for it.
The role is fast-paced, providing a variety of work and challenges daily.

At Allen & York, you'll have the opportunity for hybrid working as part of our team (both in our Dorset HQ or remotely), you'll be part of a global business and benefit from the full support of our central services of Marketing, Branding & Admin support and a research team to support in candidate sourcing. Being so well established, we have the resourcing tools and a recruitment database of contacts and candidates built over almost 30 years within the green economy.

We are looking for a talented communicator, passionate about a low carbon future and all the benefits that brings to society to work in sustainability. Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
