Allen & York are delighted to be supporting our specalist client to find a Senior Sustainability Consultant, who is a purpose-driven professional to lead and shape sustainability strategy projects across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in both project delivery and thought leadership.
Our client offers environmental and social sustainable business solutions to a broad client base, including SMEs, multinational corporations, government bodies, and NGOs. We specialize in Climate and Net Zero, Responsible Business, and ESG Reporting and Regulations, and manage the Sustainable Facilities Management Index (SFMI).
As an agile and rapidly expanding business, they partner with clients to move beyond compliance, fostering sustainable futures that confer competitive advantages. Based in Wokingham, a hybrid working model post-induction is on offer, combining remote work with office collaboration. We value hard work with opportunities for swift career progression, client engagement, and industry exposure.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for sustainability, extensive industry experience (preferably in consultancy), and expertise in stakeholder engagement and sustainability program delivery. A comprehensive understanding of environmental and social impact measurement, ESG frameworks, and strategic program implementation is essential. This role includes team leadership responsibilities.
