OCDEA SAP Energy Assessor £25k-£30k
Liverpool (Hybrid)
Our client is a building environmental specialist which provides expert building regulations and planning services consultancy for the built and sustainable environment. They are undergoing an expansion process and have a fantastic development opportunity, based out of the Liverpool office they're looking for an OCDEA SAP Energy Assessor.
The role
The position will be varied and duties include:
* Liaising with clients
* Producing SAP Calculations
* Being involved in SAP Assessments and modelling improvements
* Energy and Sustainability statements for planning
* Consult on building design to comply with Part L
Requirements
To be considered for this role of OCDEA SAP Assessor, you will ideally:
* Have 2 years' experience as a SAP/Energy Assessor
* Have a good attention to detail.
* Good mathematical / IT skills.
* Be able to self-manage a busy and time critical schedule of work.
* Be self-motivated and able to deal with a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
