The company is focussed on helping clients reduce costs and achieve carbon net zero targets within the circular economy are looking to build on their position through innovative software and cloud based solutions.

As part of their growth strategy they are now able to strengthen their position through the appointment of a Product Manager to develop and commercialise the product strategy in line with the overall business targets.

The role will be instrumental in developing the cloud based software solution, working internally and with new and existing clients. The role will require a proactive approach developing areas such as user and focus groups, hosting webinars and attending relevant conferences.

Working within a small but dynamic with rapid growth plans candidates will need to have a flexible approach, able to adapt their strategy in line with constantly evolving customer demands and market place challenges globally.
Candidates should have experience in a Product Manager role ideally within environmental or B2B sector, project management experience (design to completion), good research and analytical skills with the ability manage one's own time and work schedule.

Of graduate calibre, ideally in a STEM subject, candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record in Product Management as well as working with B2B software, frameworks such as Scrum Agile and experience bringing complex products to market.

The role can be based remotely but candidates should be flexible for travel as required and for visiting head office in the West Midlands when necessary.
