As Rail Regulation and Access Manager, reporting to the Rail Governance Manager, this unique role offers an opportunity to manage and ensure that all obligations are met on behalf of the organisation as well as negotiating key contracts and providing reviews and updates with key stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to experience and manage the complete process of Rail Regulation in a critical organisation and is a technical role that demands leadership and management. Good organisational skills and the ability work with detailed and complex contracts will be key to success in this role and candidates will need to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders including rail regulatory bodies and train operating companies.
It would be expected that candidates will have at least 4 years experience in a similar role and be qualified to degree level.
This is a specialist role and it is only candidates who have experience of performing in this role previously in a rail background with proven regulation and access experience will be suitable for this opportunity.
